...following a call from a friend today who has a friend with 12 year old son who – dreadfully sadly – is dying of cancer. He was sick when he was 5 years old and the cancer has terribly sadly returned.
My friend called because she said that this lovely boy who has been given some amazing gifts – like a Tennis Ball signed by Roger F or a crusaders’ signed top – has on his bed in hospice a sloth soft toy with a Sky logo on it. She said to me – I don’t know how he got it but it’s important to him and she wanted to share that it has made a difference.
